These Terms and Conditions form the complete agreement of the parties regarding their business relationship. It is your duty and responsibility to familiarize yourself with your rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

Our Terms and Conditions govern the manner in which you transact your business with BIOLIFE INDIA. BIOLIFE INDIA reserves the right to change, at its discretion, any of these Terms and Conditions to accommodate evolving business needs, and you should read them periodically to stay abreast of any such changes.  

1. Ordering a Product  (Stocks)

It is your duty and responsibility to decide on your purchase(s) from BIOLIFE INDIA. We shall assume that such a decision is independently made by you without coercion.

When an order is accepted by BIOLIFE INDIA, Product prices may increase or discounted in promotions from time to time. It is hereby understood and agreed that all orders shall be bonded with the current prices. BIOLIFE INDIA is not responsible for notifying of price changes; All products prices displayed in the website are based upon International Internet Price (IIP), which excludes shipping and import taxes. Product prices may increase upon the VAT and CST Tax under the government of Maharashtra India.

2. Payment to BIOLIFE

We accept payment by cash also allow direct payment to the respective bank account as stated here.

Payment remitted is not equal to payment receive as most banks collect services charges, hence if there is a shortfall in the amount, BIOLIFE INDIA has the right to hold delivery until full payment is received.

Processing, Activation and delivery initiatives can only happen upon payment realization and verification.

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment reaches us in good order. We will not be held responsible or liable for any payment that is not received, or which has been misplaced during transmission.

3. Products Warranty 

Biolife not responsible for the damage of bracelets due to toxic reaction caused by extensive sweating & damage caused by chemical reaction such as soap,shampoo,detergent.It may rust the metal because of chemical reaction.The FIR has the natural tendency to absorb the toxins from the body

Limited Warranty

100% Money back policy is based on the quality of the product and not the result of the products, any other than above reason will not be entertained.  The maximum liability is limited to the cost of the product.

4. Delivery of Products  

  Biolife India will dispatch the products ordered upon realization of payment, and you should receive your products within a maximum of 7 days for local shipments and 14 days for international deliveries. However Biolife India will not be held responsible nor liable for late or delayed delivery cause by logistic, shipping and other natural disasters or events deemed to be beyond our control.

Products will be shipped to you, by a secured and insured courier service, to the address you have provided us. The products must be received by you personally or an authorized person. In most countries, there are no tariff charges. Where there are charges these will be borne by you, and pay the courier or give instruction to pay such charges directly to the relevant authority before delivery is made

Shipping charges are not included in the product price. However, in the event of a wrong address being given through no fault of BIOLIFE INDIA, additional shipping charges for receiving and re-delivery of the product shall be borne by the Customer.

If we are unable to deliver any requested product because of unavoidable circumstances - such as product shortage or discontinuation - we have the right to replace the requested product with another of the same or higher value.

5.Spamming Policy

Biolife India e-mails and other communications are transmitted to registered Distributors and Customers Distributors at their request. Biolife India does not transmit uninvited communications, and condemns Internet spamming - the practice of sending unsolicited e-mail to as many recipients as possible, regardless of their relevance. Biolife India  prohibits Employees, Distributors and Customers Distributors from using Internet spamming to promote and market its business. The penalties for spamming are the immediate termination of the offending Employee’s services or of the offending Affiliate’s account. Any complaint by Distributors and Customers Distributors against another must be in written form and directed to Biolife India for investigation. The company’s decision shall be final.

6. Unjustified claims

Distributors and Customers Distributors making false/unjustified claims against Biolife India, thus damaging the reputation and standing of the Company and its business, resulting in losses to the Company, shall be taken to task and the Company reserves the legal right to take legal action against the offending party(ies).

7. Advertising & Promotion 

  Advertising and promotional activities are the responsibility of the Company. Distributors and Customer Distributors shall not advertise Biolife India products, and use any literature - written or recorded - or any other materials in any promotion that may implicate the Company in any way.

Modification, alterations of Biolife India Corporate and product literature in not permitted, without prior permission and approval from the company.

Distributors and Customers Distributors may request - in writing - Biolife India’s authorization for any advertising or promotional activity they may deem to be strategic to Biolife India's business. If an exercise is approved, the Company must review the advertising/promotional materials to be used, and give its’ written approval for the exercise and the materials.

Distributors and Customers Distributors are fully responsible for all oral and/or written statements made about the products, literature and Distributor / Customer Distributor Reward Program that are not supplied/authorized by Biolife India . Distributors and Customers Distributors shall indemnify Biolife India and hold it faultless in any legal liabilities arising from their unauthorized promotional communications. 

8. Exclusive Rights 

These Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. They may be amended from time to time as the Company deems appropriate and reasonable. The Company also reserves the right to work independently with any Distributors and Customers Distributors and may use its list at its discretion. 

9. Waiver

Biolife India reserves its right to insist on compliance with these Terms and Conditions, or with any applicable laws governing the conduct of business in the respective countries. Any failure by the Company to exercise any rights stated in these Terms and Conditions, or any failure to insist upon strict compliance, shall not constitute a waiver of Biolife India  India’s right to demand exact compliance therewith.

It shall constitute an integral part of these Terms and Conditions any Regulation, Instruction, Condition and/or Policies or that which may be issued/amended from time to time in Biolife India’s website, releases, bulletins and/or any other publication thereof.
